On November 24, 2013, the 3rd annual Magic City Half Marathon returns to Birmingham, Alabama! This marquee running event is part of the Ruben Studdard Celebration Weekend which promises to be the biggest ever!
Over the first two years our event weekend has been the fastest growing half marathon in the South! And with perfect running conditions, great swag and tons of entertainment on and off the courses, we expect even bigger growth in 2013!
Our events benefit the Ruben Studdard Foundation for the Advancement of Children in the Music Arts.
The Celebration Weekend features great music, entertainment and of course a fantastic run in the heart of Birmingham.
The marquee running events include The Magic City Half Marathon and 5K as well as the “Linn Park Lap” a short fun run / walk for all ages!
All running and fitness events will take place in Downtown Birmingham around the historic Linn Park City Center.
